I have a 4G compatible device and 4G sim but i still can’t connect


  • First, check the device specification on the internet before purchasing it.
  • Next ensure you have turned on 4g under the phone network settings.
  • If you still can’t connect, open your network settings, create an access point with these indications User : MTN APN: Internet
